Dews & Aire Career Guidance Foundation is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to advancing youth empowerment through career guidance, mentorship, Artificial Intelligence (AI) literacy, digital skills development, STEM education, entrepreneurship, leadership development, child protection, and educational support.
We believe that every child deserves access to quality education, practical skills, mentorship, and opportunities that prepare them for lifelong success. Through innovative programs, school outreach, digital learning, community engagement, and strategic partnerships, we equip children and young people with future-ready competencies that enable them to succeed in education, employment, entrepreneurship, and responsible leadership.
Beyond career development, we are committed to promoting child safeguarding, digital citizenship, responsible and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence, and safe learning environments where every child can thrive. Our programs help bridge the gap between education and employment while preparing young people to participate confidently in an increasingly digital and interconnected world.
We work collaboratively with government agencies, educational institutions, communities, development partners, technology companies, private sector organizations, and other stakeholders to expand opportunities, strengthen education systems, promote innovation, and create lasting positive impact.

We are a voluntary organization registered in 2024, committed to supporting teenagers and disadvantaged youth through education, empowerment programs, and social development initiatives. We work to create pathways that help young people move from vulnerability to opportunity and self-reliance.
All donations are directed toward our programs for teenagers and disadvantaged youth, including education support, skills development, and initiatives that help take children off the streets and into productive life paths.
