About the Founder

Morenike Keye is a dynamic entrepreneur, a writer, and social impact leader. She is the Founder of Dews and Aire Career Guidance Foundation and the Chief Executive Officer of Dews and Aire Nigeria Limited, a professional consultancy specializing in construction supervision, architectural interior design, property and project management, and land and property document search and verification.

With a passion for excellence, purposeful service, and youth development, Morenike combines her expertise in the built environment with a strong commitment to community development. Through her business, she delivers professional property and project solutions, while through the Foundation she empowers students, graduates, job seekers, young professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs with career guidance, mentorship, digital skills, leadership development, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Inspired by the belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to discover their purpose and reach their full potential, Morenike established Dews and Aire Career Guidance Foundation to bridge the gap between education and career success. She is committed to helping young people make informed career decisions, build confidence, develop practical skills, and prepare for meaningful and successful futures.

Under her leadership, the Foundation has visited more than 55 government secondary schools across Lagos State’s six Education Districts, impacting over 500 students through career awareness programs, mentoring sessions, leadership development initiatives, educational support, and youth empowerment projects. The Foundation has also built strategic partnerships, including its collaboration with Nigeria Bottling Company, to expand opportunities for young people.

Morenike is widely recognized for her vision, resilience, creativity, and unwavering commitment to creating lasting impact in both business and society. As the Foundation enters its third year and expands its programs across Nigeria, she remains dedicated to ensuring that every young person—regardless of background—has access to the guidance, knowledge, skills, and opportunities needed to build a successful career, become economically empowered, and contribute meaningfully to national development.

We believe that every child deserves access to quality education, practical skills, mentorship, and opportunities that prepare them for lifelong success. Beyond career development, we are committed to promoting child safeguarding, digital citizenship, responsible and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence, and safe learning environments where every child can thrive. We are a voluntary organization registered in 2024, committed to supporting teenagers and disadvantaged youth through education, empowerment programs, and social development initiatives. We work to create pathways that help young people move from vulnerability to opportunity and self-reliance.

All donations are directed toward our programs for teenagers and disadvantaged youth, including education support, skills development, and initiatives that help take children off the streets and into productive life paths.
