Morenike KEYE
Founder & Executive Director, Dews & Aire Career Guidance Foundation
Morenike Keye is a social-impact leader, entrepreneur, writer, and youth development advocate dedicated to empowering young people through education, career guidance, mentorship, digital innovation, and life-changing opportunities.
As the Founder and Executive Director of Dews & Aire Career Guidance Foundation, she is committed to equipping students and young people with the knowledge, skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to succeed in an ever-changing world. Through the Foundation, she champions career guidance, leadership development, entrepreneurship, STEM education, digital skills, and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to prepare young people for the future of work.
Morenike is passionate about helping students understand how to use AI responsibly for learning, research, academic assignments, content creation, innovation, problem-solving, entrepreneurship, and career development. She believes AI literacy is no longer optional but an essential skill for the next generation, and she is committed to ensuring that every young person, especially those from underserved communities, has access to these opportunities.
This Foundation was Born from Passion
Dews & Aire Career Guidance Foundation was born from Morenike’s personal journey. Growing up, she experienced circumstances that left her uncertain about her future. A lack of guidance, limited opportunities, difficult family experiences, and the environment around her made it challenging to discover her purpose and believe in her potential.
Like many young people, she reached a point where she had no clear direction, no mentor to guide her, and no one to help her see the possibilities that existed beyond her immediate circumstances. That experience shaped her life and became the driving force behind the Foundation.
She often reflects that the support, encouragement, career guidance, and mentorship she needed as a young person were simply not available. Rather than allowing those experiences to define her future, she chose to transform them into a mission of hope for others.
With no external funding, Morenike began the Foundation using her personal resources. She visited schools because she believed that even if only one student out of a thousand discovered a purpose, made a better decision, or found hope for the future, every effort would be worthwhile. That conviction continues to inspire the Foundation’s work today.
Today, Dews & Aire Career Guidance Foundation is dedicated to ensuring that no young person has to navigate life’s challenges alone. Through career guidance, mentorship, leadership development, AI and digital skills training, entrepreneurship, educational support, and community outreach, the Foundation empowers young people to discover their purpose, develop practical skills, make informed decisions, and build successful, meaningful futures.
