**Dews & Aire Career Guidance Foundation** is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children and young people through career guidance, mentorship, education, digital innovation, and life-changing opportunities. The Foundation was born from a simple but powerful belief: **every young person deserves guidance, encouragement, and the opportunity to discover their purpose and build a successful future.** Founded by **Morenike Keye**, the Foundation was inspired by her personal journey of overcoming limited guidance, difficult circumstances, and uncertainty about the future. Having experienced firsthand the challenges many young people face when they lack mentorship, career direction, and positive role models, she made it her life's mission to ensure that others would have access to the support she once needed. Across many communities, countless students and young people struggle to make informed educational and career decisions because they lack exposure, mentorship, access to information, and opportunities to develop relevant skills. Without the right guidance, many are unable to realize their full potential. Dews & Aire Career Guidance Foundation exists to bridge this gap by providing practical career guidance, mentorship, leadership development, entrepreneurship training, STEM education, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital skills, educational support, and youth empowerment programmes that prepare young people for lifelong success. We believe that education goes beyond the classroom. Every child deserves the opportunity to discover their strengths, develop confidence, embrace innovation, and acquire the skills needed to thrive in today's rapidly changing world. Through AI literacy and digital skills training, we are equipping young people to use technology responsibly for learning, research, creativity, problem-solving, entrepreneurship, and future careers. What began as one person's passion, funded through personal sacrifice and driven by a desire to make a difference, has grown into a mission to transform lives and create opportunities for thousands of young people.
